Essential Documents for Selling
When selling a property, the seller is required to provide the buyer with a comprehensive set of documents that are legally associated with the asset. These documents are essential for ensuring transparency and legal compliance in the transaction.
The exact documents required can vary based on several factors, including the type of property, its age, condition, and intended use. Some of the key documents may include property deeds, title certificates, energy performance certificates, building permits, and any relevant maintenance or renovation records.
It is important for sellers to ensure that all applicable documents are accurate and up-to-date, as these are critical for the buyer’s due diligence and for the smooth completion of the sale.
